Justin has been in the employee benefits space for over 13 years. During this time, he has supported sales development for wellness solutions, biometric screenings, health coaching, gamification, EAP, Primary Care, MSK, and PBM services. Working with enterprise employers and consultants, Justin's focus is on identifying proper alignment of solutions and needs to help improve the overall performance of employer benefit design. Justin joined Springbuk in early 2024 and brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to complement Springbuk's solutions.
