Understanding the True Need

In 2009, Rod Reasen and Phil Daniels launched a partnership with the goal to gather insight on what was working in wellness. Through this, they created Healthiest Employers, a corporate awards program to recognize innovative, people-first companies taking a more proactive approach to employee health.
2010–2014

A More Intelligent Solution

With this front-row seat to employer wellness, Rod and Phil began to identify a common thread: employers lack the direction needed to make critical decisions for the health of their population. They began ideating on a technology that would make it easier for employers to track, measure, and report on employee wellness.

2015

Changing Health Data Analytics

In January 2015, the “MVP” (minimally viable product) version was released to a handful of beta customers. The initial product proved what Rod and Phil observed in the wellness space: employers crave easy-to-use information to improve health, manage costs, and report results. With this, Springbuk was born.
2015–Present

Springbuk Today

Since launcing in 2015, Springbuk has scaled to:
  • Collaborate with over 350 carriers, PBMs, benefits vendors, and point solutions
  • Adapt a 'Work From Anywhere' remote workforce
  • Build a team of employees hailing from 23 different states across the United States
