He has led the technical support for several large client database implementations containing eligibility, claims, RX, and health and productivity management data. He has spent the last 6 years project managing new implementations for standard, complex, and nonstandard data solutions. He has supported internal staff in multiple leadership/ consulting roles including, project management, security manager, coach, and a client relations specialist.
