As the company that created the Healthiest Employers program, Springbuk has built an uncommon knowledge and understanding of employer healthcare. This front-row seat offers trends, benchmarking, and insight into the opportunities to drive meaningful financial and health outcomes.

When the time came to celebrate this year’s Healthiest Employers of Indiana, Springbuk partnered with FirstPerson to bring the Indiana community together around the important topic of employee health, and to honor this year’s most innovative employers. FirstPerson’s holistic approach to empowering businesses to take control of their employee benefits offerings while managing healthcare costs was the perfect complement to the programs’ values.
