Joy Powell

CEO


Joy Powell is the CEO and President for Springbuk, a health intelligence software company empowering actionable insights to improve a population’s wellbeing while containing claim costs. She brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning various aspects of the healthcare industry, including population health, care coordination, and analytics.

Before joining Springbuk, Powell served in President and Chief Operating Officer roles at both Healthways and CareSync. She also held key global leadership positions with Sitel and FedEx Express, providing her with the unique combination of healthcare industry and employer perspectives.

Steve Kukulka

Chief Technology & Product Officer


Steve Kukulka has 20 years of experience in healthcare and healthtech industries. His roles have spanned various concentrations throughout his career, including product development, analytics, business processes, clinical data management, customer relationship management, IT service management, and mobile applications.

In the spring of 2021, Steve joined the Springbuk team as Chief Technology and Product Officer, where he oversees the Product, Data Science, Project Management, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.

James Norris, CPA, CGMA

Chief Financial Officer


Throughout his career, James Norris has garnered almost a decade of multi-industry financial leadership experience. In 2013, after earning his CPA credentials, James served as the Chief Financial Officer at Braxton Brewing Company. James brought his leadership expertise to Springbuk in April of 2017, first serving as the Director of Finance; over the past four years, he has successfully led the company through two capital raises, and integrated  several of Springbuk’s internal data systems into a centralized database.

Nicole Belles

Senior Vice President, Product

Nicole Belles has over 20 years of experience in the creation and delivery of healthcare data and analytic solutions. Throughout her career, she has been using data and analytics to address the strategic business needs of all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including health plans, employers, pharmacy benefit managers and providers.

She has worked in multiple disciplines, including consulting and practice leadership, methodologies and predictive analytics, and product management.Nicole joined Springbuk in the summer of 2021 to lead the Product team, where she fosters the product vision and strategy, aligning with the Springbuk strategic vision, to drive sustained value to our clients.

Controller

Amy Haga is a strategic and proficient financial leader with over a decade of experience. As a Certified Public Accountant, she exhibits a comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial management. Recognized for managing multiple projects within strict deadlines, Amy is known for her autonomous work ethic and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Her analytical acumen is matched by her communication skills, fostering strong professional relationships and effective collaboration with teams and clients alike.

Christine Robinson

Senior Director, Data Management

Christine Robinson is an experienced software implementation leader with background in various technology solutions. Throughout her career, Christine has held various client-facing roles, including Data Transfer Coordinator, Senior Major Market Services Specialist, Implementation Supervisor, and Director of Implementation.After 11 years at Paychex, she brought her expertise to Springbuk as the Director of
Implementation. In her current role, she leads the Implementation team, where she supports and coordinates the seamless onboarding of new Springbuk clients.
