Wellness Program Highlights

Our health risk assessment, available to all U.S. employees and family members over the age of 18 that are eligible for benefits, was completed by 56% of the population in 2017. Favorable improvement was noted in self-reported modifiable health risks. Modifiable health risks, such as obesity and high blood pressure, have been associated with increased health care costs and improvement helps us to offset ongoing health care expenses, improving the overall health and well-being of our employees.
