Greg Carlton, Managing Member at Acclaim Health Analytics
Greg has spent the last 35 years serving clients in the risk and benefits industry and is considered a thought leader in health risk management, wellbeing, disease management, and human capital productivity management, and health analytics to drive actionable outcomes. His areas of expertise include: Strategic Planning, business coaching, employee benefits, human resource, regulatory compliance, employee productivity and wellbeing, and taking data and turning this into information that leads to action which improves health, saves lives, and lowers the overall costs for clients.
Aaron Davis, Founder and CEO of Switchbridge
Throughout his career, Aaron’s gained a rich understanding of employee benefits, healthcare delivery, and data analytics through his education, personal life experiences, and a broad and successful career serving employers and organizations with 50-1,000,000 members. Since 2014, Aaron has been one of only three advisors nationally to receive validation as an Advanced Advisor by Intel/GE Care Innovations for adherence to the highest standards of validity, integrity, and performance. In 2015, Aaron was awarded Top Large Group Producer by CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and received the Circle of Excellence award from SmartCEO magazine as the top CEO in the Baltimore healthcare market.
Ellie Driscoll, Analytics Manager at FirstPerson
After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Ellie joined the FirstPerson team in the summer of 2016. In September 2019, she began managing the FirstPerson Analytics team functions, which involves leading a team closely aligned with advisors to drive client outcomes. In addition to leading the Analytics team, she assists in the development of analyses of employer benefit packages and provides reports of the financial impact that benefits can have to an organization.
Brittney Goodgame, Director of Informatics and Wellbeing for Filice Insurance
Brittney brings over ten years of experience in the healthcare and health intelligence field. She uses her background as a licensed nurse to provide compelling, clinical insight for Filice’s clients. Her passion lies in providing actionable data transparency that allows employers to better the health and wellbeing of employees and their families.
She has extensive experience in HIPAA, analytic design, data quality, data analysis, and reporting. Brittney possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Studies and Informatics, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and is a current Doctoral student in Healthcare Administration.
Dave Jackson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SVP, Strategic Accounts for NFP
Dave has over 30 years of experience working in the employee benefits industry. He is a licensed consultant typically working with companies and agencies that have 500+ employees. Dave is known for his skill in working with the public sector in regards to RFP and procurement of employee benefits processes. He is known nationally as a health reform expert and reformer. Dave was appointed by Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. to the Utah Defined Contribution Risk Adjuster Board and is currently the only board member reappointed by Governor Gary Herbert. He has the unique ability to assess, plan, implement, gain consensus, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives even when they are complex and challenging. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in finance from Provident University.
Jessica Lopez, Chief of Staff at U-Haul International
As Chief of Staff at U-Haul International, Jessica leads Companywide operations and initiatives that help enable its 30,000 team members to serve customers across the largest network of do-it-yourself moving and self-storage in North America.
Jessica joined U-Haul in 2001 as a Legal Secretary, climbed the ranks to Operations Manager, and was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2015. She manages several departments at the U-Haul home office, including Recruiting, Art and Design, Risk Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Health and Wellness, Account Executives, Equipment Recovery, Building Management, Executive Administration and Aviation.
In her five years as Chief of Staff, one of her crowning achievements has been the transformation of U-Haul into a top workplace culture for health. During this time, the Company has been lauded for its promotion of healthy eating and nutrition, Employee Assistance Program, You Matter counseling and mental health program, ongoing educational wellness webinars, gym member incentives, expansion of telehealth benefits, campus farmers markets, nicotine cessation and the organization of an annual U-Haul Active Day for team members and their families.
Mark Moran, Principal, Consultant at Sequoia
As a Sr. Business Consultant, Mark currently advises many of Sequoia's most dynamic hyper-growth companies. Prior to Sequoia, Mark raised capital for a number of asset managers including: Franklin Templeton, Penn Square, and UBP. Mark graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, at Davis and holds his Accident, Health, and Life licenses.
Courtney Schwagler, Cost Containment Strategist at Advanced Benefits
Bending the healthcare benefits cost curve is Courtney’s primary focus at Advanced Benefits. As a Registered Dietitian, her viewpoint mixes clinical and practical applications. The clinical aspect includes data analytics, identifying a company’s gaps in care, and actionable opportunities for savings. She then balances this with the practicality of what works for the client’s current or evolving company culture. She helps lead employee education and launches wellness initiatives for happier, healthier, and more engaged members.
Richard Silberstein, President of SIG
Richard founded SIG in 1999 to offer personalized, innovative, and cost-effective employee benefit solutions that meet the unique insurance needs of each of the firm’s clients. Under Richard’s strategic direction, and with a team of highly-skilled, licensed brokers and support staff, SIG serves more than 400 corporate clients in 45 states. Additionally, Richard is a founding member of Alera Group, a firm that was formed in 2017 with 23 other like-minded, high-performing independent firms across the United States.
Lee Williams, Sr. Data Scientist at Alera Group
Before joining the Alera Group in 2017, Lee worked as a software developer/programmer, database manager, undergraduate instructor, an author of courses in the humanities, and a leader at various non-profit organizations.
During his undergraduate degree, Lee studied breast cancer detection and reconstruction including, the development of 3D cancer progression models and health outcome tables. Continuing on in a graduate degree, Lee developed methods for making teaching accessible and applicable to a variety of audiences.
