Most Proud of ...

With the support of our executive leadership, we continue to enhance our program. We’re educating and energizing our employees and their families to help them to be more active and aware of their total well-being. Through our initiatives, there has been a positive impact to our culture. Employees have also benefited from a stronger sense of team. Our statistics show the results, and we continue to seek new and creative ways to engage our employees while targeting specific health and behavioral changes. During our annual employee engagement survey, employees cited our employee wellness events and activities as one of the most valued benefits offered by the clerk’s office. Our vendors recognize our extraordinary participation and outcome. Cigna selected us for a national case study due to our positive results in employee health. Teladoc™ has never experienced such a high engagement level and want to learn more about what we are doing to achieve that participation.
